Standard Terms for IPAY88 Payment Gateway

ORDER PROCESSING

a) Payment Methods:-

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards and online banking. Payments are securely processed through payment gateway.

b) Order Confirmation:-

All orders are processed within [7] business days upon receipt of payment. Customer will receive an email confirmation once the order is processed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

c) Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

d) Custom Clearance, Duties and Taxes

  • Duties and Taxes:

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

(i) Eligibility:-

Customers can return products and request refunds under certain conditions, such as receiving a defective products or incorrect orders within 7 working days upon receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in the same condition that it has been received, unused with tags and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:-
Certain items cannot be returned such as goods made to your specifications.

(ii) Time Frame:-

The policy specifies the timeframe within which customers can request a refund for their returns which is typically within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

(iii) Process-

Customers need to follow detailed instructions to initiate a return or refunds including providing proof of purchase and ensuring that the goods are in their original packaging.

(iv) Refunds on Returns:-

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods of defective items. The same payment method used for the order will be used for the refunds, and no fees will be incurred for the reimbursement.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

MODU may offer insurance coverage for products during transit. This typically includes coverage for loss, theft or damage during shipping.

(ii) Claims Process:-

Customer need to follow a specific process to file a claim for lost or damaged items. This usually involves providing proof of purchase and details of the damages or losses.

(iii) Exclusions:-

There may be certain exclusions or limitations to the insurance coverage, It’s important to review the specific terms to understand what is and isn’t covered.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

(i) Free installation services are available for coffee machine and sushi robots within Klang Valley in Malaysia.

(ii) Installation Cost- There’ll be an installation fees within the range of RM200 to RM500 depending on the location.

WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE

  • Warranty period

One year from date of purchase excluding wear and tear items.

For details on parts under warranty, please refer to our product manual.

Repairs and replacement of defective parts but excluding wear and tear items.

Maintenance services is available at request subject to pricing depending on location / frequency of visits.
